Cheap is definately one term you shouldn't use when referring to your business' foundation.
If you are looking for quality, cost effective hosting, please check out
M3Server, or any of the other quality companies you are about to be presented.
But do yourself a favor, don't go "cheap" to save money - it will actually cost you in the long, (and maybe not so long) run.
Another thing to consider, if you don't know how to admin a box, (and I don't mean uploading a .htaccess file), get a managed server or be prepared for some serious headaches.
