This really is a hard question to answer because it is so subjective. An issue of importance to one can mean little or absolutely nothing to another. Right or wrong in your eye, a President doing "something" toward some kind of change will either be "bad" or "good" accordingly.

Therefore I propose that a "worst" lable be given to someone who did absolutely nothing of any value, a person who just sort of watched shit happen and had things fall apart on him: Jimmy Carter. Regardless of how "good" his heart and intentions were, he was... well, useless.

Most of you are also forgetting that it takes, on average, about 4 years for any "change" to take effect. You can then thank Reagan for the economic "successes" everyone had under Clinton and you can thank Clinton, for the most part, for all that is shitty now.

I'm also a believer in a strong military and less handouts, as such I typically tend to favor Republicans, though some of my choices may contradict this due to other factors. Anyhell, IMOHO, in no particular order:

Best Presidents:
George Washington
Thomas Jefferson
Abraham Lincoln
Richard Nixon
Ronald Reagan

Worst Presidents:
Jimmy Carter
Bill Clinton
Warren Harding
John F. Kennedy
Lyndon Johnson
