What do you do when you need to change codes over

Do you automate link-exchanges in any way?
One script that comes to mind for handling the redirecting of the actual links is Tue's ATO Gallery Admin script -- http://www.atoscripts.com/products.php?productId=1 You can use this script for a lot more than just tgp gallery administration.

What you can do is setup categories within the script -- say mature, teen, ebony, or whatever... Then place your sponsor links within these categories. Then you would link directly to your own script, which internally would redirect you to the appropriate sponsor link. The links would look something like this: http://www.domain.com/atogallery/?cat=1

Then within the admin of the script, you can give certain sponsors higher priority over others -- or with the click of the mouse you can turn a sponsor off if you don't like the results you're getting. I'm sure there are plenty more scripts out there that you can do this with, but the ATO script is quite good.

Also, with a little creative htaccess work, you can mask the URL's to look like static URL's to the engines.

Good luck!
