I dont think public speaking is a complete sign of ones intelligence. I think its been proven over and over again he doesnt speak publicly well. And if you did an IQ test on him I'm sure it wouldn't be as high as your or he'd like. But, I also know alot of people with a huge IQ that I wouldn't let run a circus let alone a country.
I don't base my politics on public speaking ability. I support bush because I agree with his policies and I agree with his determination to do the right thing even if it's not the popular opinion with the public. Because the fact is the public doesn't know all the details nor do they want to know all the details they just like to pipe in when its convenient for them.
