In Canada, where I am, you can gang bang a 14 year old girl, and unless you are in a position of authority, such as a teacher, you are breaking no laws. (assuming she is consenting, of course).
But take a porn picture of a girl, 18 yo less a day, and it is kiddie porn. Consent cannot be given to the filming, even by her parents. Possession is a serious crime. As soon as you press the record button on the cam, you are in deep dodo....
What is "porn" vs "art" is a subjective call by the police and the courts. I am paranoid enough that I don't shoot anyone less than 18, at all. Even family wedding pics....
