Right the law states that the child is still a minor and needs Parental Consent. A 16 year old is not old enough to enter a legal contract and that is what a model release is.
So unless you have Mum or Dad's approval you could be in a heap of trouble.
A 16 year old can take part in a gang bang and be filmed doing it, they just cannot sign a model release and you cannot show the pictures to anyone. Showing the pictures to another person is regarded as publishing, in the UK.
