$10.50 - Processing Fee (123pay based on 35%)

$15.00 - Affiliate payout
$3.75 - Processing Fee (CC based on 12.5%)

Site owner nets : $11.25
Bad deal for affiliate programs. IF you're processing sales for your own stuff and dont have affiliates to pay out then you could be safe depending on the markup of your product.
