X-Pays Webmaster Program... huh?

Okay, they're offering $27 per signup.

But, they're not using their own sites.

If I used CEN I'd be getting $35-40 per signup.

That's a $13 difference. As XPays is a large program then surely they'll be hitting the $40 top rate from CEN. So, CEN pays them $40 per signup, and XPays pays the webmaster $27 of that $40. Am I wrong in saying that XPays is just a 'middle man' here? It almost seems like a rip off to me.

Hmm... how about if I team with OffshoreClicks. I offer $0.01 per click to my webmasters but I take $0.03 per click from OffshoreClicks, thus making a profit of $0.02 on each and every click.

Isn't this the same logic behind XPays? Why do webmasters use them when they could be getting MUCH more by signing up for CEN Cash?
