Heyy.. I was going to post a similar thread.
I have a similar problem, already have the .htaccess thing, but when I upload it to my website it'll mess it up and all I get is the 404.html page. Could it be that the extention is wrong? I made it in notepad and then in ftp renamed it to .htpaccess
is there any of you guys that could contact me in ICQ? my number is number 17994467
I suspect other sites are hotlinking my images and my server is offering no help.. sigh. They seem eager to move me to a dedicated server plan (more $ to them).
