With the NTSC 256kbps/second settings in WindowsMediaEncoder, encoding in ASF got an 8mb/1 minute video clip down to just over 1mb. Just remember, you always want to encode in an MPEG4 codec. ;> Preferrably ASF so your users don't have to download DivX..
