Why would you have paid Flashcash to open you an account? I am a little bit clueless here... affiliate payout accounts are created when you actually get paid by a program. Has Flashcash created a Virtual account for you and you've ordered an Electron Card?
If so, that would be ordered and charged through your account admin, not through Flashcash normally...
