I've noticed that in addition to the meds obviously kicking in, there's another theme to her "niceness": If she senses someone else is miserable, she wants to be their best buddy and bask in their unhappiness. But for those who are happy, she likes to attempt to attack them and try to bring them to her level
Between that and her creations of what she thinks goes on, it's quite amusing to watch her in action
She is a therapist's wetdream!
