Let me give you just a couple of examples:
Up until the very recent past, every photographer that shoots for ATK, or Karups did without a contract. And we don't care what the do with the photos. Because we know they're responsible companies.
Even now, if you shoot exclusive for Lightspeed or a multitude of other well known companies, you do so without a contract.
Sending the 2257 docs and an invoice is quite good enough. It's called trust.
