She finally pushed someone too far who hired a PI to follow her (well, keep an eye on her because she never left her apartment). The PI then dressed up as an Albertson's delivery man in order to serve her with legal papers since she was refusing to open the door to the process server. While there, after getting verification from her as to who she was, he snapped a picture.
Don't worry about ever running in to her at a show - she's never been to one and will never go to one.
