1. We are going to update that page, the new payout rate is effective immediately.
2. It is 6 cents per unique click. Uniques are based on IP and reset each day at midnight pacific time. A click is when someone clicks on the pop under ad, or clicks on the ad from the flash overlay ad taking them to our site.
