You people miss the point.
Something is not art, until you make it into art. An artist does not look at a child and then see art -- an artist makes art. Art is the product. If the subject of the art is a child -- then the completed work *is* art.
Look at Michelangelo -- he painted and sculpted plenty of nude children -- go study some Art History. It was the Victorian era and the hypocrisy of religious institutions that resulted in most of the sexual perversions that we have today.
The reason that artists have always been fascinated by anatomy -- is because (supposedly) God created our bodies... the language of anatomy is spoken truth beyond socially constructed perversions as you have all so easily subscribed to.
