When I was a student at UCLA, I took a class in behavioral objectives. We had to state in behavioral terms what we expected from our students. The secret is to be very specific. You can't say, I want my students to appreciate art. What the hell does that mean? The same applies to Mikey. Please state in behavioral terms what Mikey does.
Being a good businessman says nothing. Mike is a good hand shaker! He can't argue worth shit, but he can parade his young wife around the block and get attention. He can hide behind Serge and act like a tough guy.
