I think you meant to say, "I'm about to make a blanket statement, to counter the extremely valid points Rich has made". I wish I could think ideologically about everything, but unfortunately some people are born with common sense which forces them to not accept the easy, incorrect answer to everything.
My statement doesn't assume all aborted babies will end up poor in the least, please think hard and you'll figure out why. High school statistics 101. If there is no shortage of good homes in the US then there wouldn't be a huge homeless child problem already, let alone room for more.
