I do 3 x 12 @ ~135 (2x45lbs + olympic bar). I don't know how much my one time weight would be. I suspect I could probably do over 200 but haven't tried it.
It's been growing fast though... only went back into the gym seriously a few months ago and I was having a hard time doing 3 x 10 @ 100lbs. Feels good seeing my pecs starting to poke out some!
