Not sure if anyone else has already said this or not, but I DID read that whole icq log and it looks to me like he was wanting a FEMALE shooter for a different perspective. Or so it seems that way to me from reading it.
Women can put a whole new spin on things in some ways and when you want to get that, then you go for the women that are needing the jobs, not another man that is going to put the same spin on it.
And it is NEVER bad to check out the competition, we all do it.
