You know, up until Tam said that I was convinced I was looking at the typical hosting company cop-out.
Tam, your message was the best thing one could want to hear from a host who made a mistake. I don't host with you guys, so I have no interest in Vector one way or another but I just had to jump in here and say
congratulations for taking responsibility AND offering to make good on lost traffic. I've NEVER seen a host do that before.
