Ok........ maybe I can shed some light here. First off, I an NOT a techie at all, anything tech related, I have to get our tech to handle it. This is fine, but I am pretty up front about what I know and do not know.

Sexplay I have the email that you are referring to here and it doesn't read anything like what you are saying here........ it makes no promise that this will never happen again at all............ the one I have that YOU forwarded to me reads this way:

Hey there.. I am here.. my cell phone didn't go off until 8am the SMS must have been backed up or something.. it happens occasionally.. Since you have not given me what domain you are saying is down there is not much that I can do to offer assistance... The 1 server that is having space issues was caused by a major upload by another client that was unanticipated and caused the drive to fill up, we have been keeping eyes on it and have been clearing the logs multiple times per day to keep what small buffer we can until the new drive that we have ordered arrives. It should be here today and we can install it and move some of the data on the server to the other drive which will be the permanent solution, we are jsut waiting for the drive.

So I am thinking he did explain what happened but whenever you first emailed him you never told him what domain you were referring to. Now I am not trying to say this was your fault, and our tech did explain what had happened and also said that we were waiting for a new server to come in and that he would take care of you on this.

I also understand your frustration and can assure you that it will, or would have been made up to you. But our tech is as he said, NOT a webmaster and he knows nothing about traffic or what the number of hits means or anything. Vector and I are the webmasters, not our tech, he simply works on the servers and that's all he does. He has done a tremendous job for us and has always been very helpful to everyone, but obviously with as many domains as we are hosting, he can't just guess which domain you are referring to, am I right or wrong here?

As for emailing, most all emails come to me and I don't have one email from you until this one I got today and I will opt here not to add YOUR words as they weren't too awfully friendly, but again I understand your frustrations.

I have no problems with you and want no pissing wars with you, just trying to bring some light to a situation that is very rare and unfortunate for Vector Force, accidents happen, it's a human thing, it is how it is dealt with that is important and he is and has been trying his best to deal with it til the new server gets here.
