I've never met a woman that doesn't.
The only time I've HEARD about it, is from buddies who say their girlfriends don't like getting a pussy lapping.
I think the REAL reason is "As stated above" simple self consciousness about the smell etc.
However, I still razz the guys. "If they don't like it, then YOU'RE not doing it right!" It's funny because it's probably true.
