And there's your $1100+ dollars per month rent right there. That's why it's so expensive there in a nutshell. Here the forecast is 70 deg. for tomorrow if we're lucky, and only a few degrees above freezing at night. A month from now we'll have a foot of snow, and by Christmas that will likely be tripled. As for wine, I make my own from time to time, and I buy what I need from our liquor mart which is about 4 blocks from my home. They carry a lot of California wines there too, so keep your damn feet outta what I might be buying!!!
