I'm outside the US. I have a working credit card, as do approximately 1 billion other people outside the US. Yet I was sent to a dialer. I'm not going to use a dialer. Most people aren't. And on the rare occasion that someone does, I bet you don't get paid for it.

if the gallery sends to a dailer I take down the gallery - but they can lead a sponser link to a dialer. it's why i do pre-paid, I get paid period.
