A "special friend" of mine has her clit pierced (not the hood). It is the sexiest piercing imaginable and doesn't interfere with her ability to have orgasms, in fact, it makes her more sensitive. She's had her's for 5 years. This is also one of the only piercings I would consider (I don't have any tattoos or piercings). The only reason I haven't done it is that sex is too important to me. Although my friend hasn't, it's possible you can lose all sensation and that is too scary of a thought for me.
