Three, I never did a damn thing to that family, in fact I never even knew about this site until I found it from my server logs.
I asked the lady nicely how to find the punk and she went off on me with a tirade about how the Internet is wrong, it's all porn, all photography is porn, and a few other whacked out ideas. When she got to the part where we deserve what her son is doing to us that's when I lost it.
I still want to sue dave, and when I get him in court I will. If I ever meet him in person, I'll probably have assault charges too. Donovan, you make a living with a camera just like I do, how would you like it if somebody started posting (more than once) that you had been convicted of Child Porn? Not just that you are doing it, but that you had been convicted.
I have no regrets about my actions.
