Did you try Adaware
http://www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot
http://security.kolla.de both mentioned numerous times in this thread? If you have something on your laptop that between those 2 programs wasn't removed I'd sure like to know what it is!
And note: Spyware removal programs are like anti-virus programs. You have to update their reference files occasionally to keep up with new spyware programs or they are not going to remove them. Both AdAware and SpyBot have update buttons that easily takes care of it.
