But being that its Sunday night you may have to wait til tomorrow morning for them to get back to you......but you'd have had to wait that long for them to set up your FTP download anyways so its really not a big deal.

I emailed them early in the day actually and just came back tonight but no reply yet so I guess maybe tomorrow
