With TGP traffic, you can except from about 0.5% (1:200) - 2% (1:50) clickthrough ratio on your ads, so if you got a listing on The Hun, and received 100K hits to your gallery, and got a 1% clickthrough ratio, that would be 1,000 clicks. Text, or good text under your banner at least, pulls better than just using banners.

As for your second question, I like the sound of Gary's soon-to-be-released program, ThugCash
