iBill apologizes for the technical difficulties you have experienced over the last several days with our payment processing network. Please rest assured that transactions are still being processed through our system. Our extraordinary growth in 2001 has necessitated earlier than anticipated upgrades to iBill's transaction processing system. As a result, iBill is investing an additional $320,000.00 in hardware and software upgrades to boost the performance of our transaction processing servers. These upgrades have been ordered and are currently being drop shipped for priority one delivery and implementation. Once installed and configured, these upgrades will directly increase performance, availability, and reliability of iBill's processing network. During the month of October, iBill is on schedule to roll out its new state of the art high availability transaction-processing network. This next generation processing engine has just completed certification by a leading independent third party organization that specializes in stress testing computer systems. iBill anticipates that our new systems will increase our capacity by over 250 times iBill's current processing capacity. Additionally, the enhancements to iBill's transaction processing network will benefit our clients by decreasing the possibility of future interruptions of service. Again, iBill apologizes for any inconvenience that this unfortunate situation might have caused our valued clients.
