Really overweight friend went on diet
Only did two changes to his normal food intake. He cut out all products with high fructose corn syrup and also regular corn syrup.
He has been on this diet now for 6 months and is finally able to add in some excersise ontop of the new food rules he follows. Before his knees where to bad to allow it.
So far to date without any excersise he has lost over 145 pounds. I am positive it will increase for him even faster now that he can take some walks.
So what do you all think?
