sore as hell
i've been a sports machine this week between 4 nights of basketball and a major game of soccer this morning. tomorrow i'm just gonna chill at the beach, but i am sore as fucking hell!
i have a major soccer game to play on monday, so what do you sports gurus suggest i do over the next day so that i'll be able to play in good shape
