the biggest still living Hollywood legend i can think of is Brando and he's from another generation than John Wayne, Hope, Cary Grant, Bette Davis, Bogart etc.
But John Wayne, Hope, Cary Grant, Bette Davis, Bogart etc. are from different eras from each other. With the excption of grand Bogart, Davis.... Grant was huge in the 20's-late 50's same with Bogart & Bette Davis.

Hope was more of a comedy actor, that never ever won an Oscer.

There still is some legends that are still acting today Paul Newman, acting for over 50+ years. Just off the top of my head.
