cats can feed themselves but like most they are lazy. Your cats are fat cause they don't do anything. If they ate lizards and mice and birds like mine find in the field they would be lean mean cat machines.

Cats can't feed themselves. When morons who shouldn't have been allowed the responsibility of a pet in the first place drop them off in the country to get rid of them the cat usually dies. They can catch something here or there but unless they're wild from birth they're not up to living solely on what they can catch. They have to be trained into it from birth or they're just not good enough.
