just because one is farsighted does not mean one is nearsighted, and visa versa.
When making an unprotected left turn one must proceed when it is safe, meaning wait until oncoming has finished oncoming.
What I do not understand is how Cam was at a dead stop, did he see the oncoming car, then stop directing in the path of the Ford?
