Hi,

I've had exactly the same problem with my hosting company (ISPrime). What is happening is that your Internet Sevice Provider company is dynamically allocating you a different IP address each time you connect to the internet. You will have to contact your ISP and either ask them to give you a fixed IP address or to tell you the IP address range you may be allocated and give that to your hosting company so they can allow that address range. My ISP refused to do this though, so I'm without SSH at the moment!
