There haven't really been any good horror soundtracks in recent times. However, my favorit all-time horror soundtracks would be:

1) Night of Dark Shadows/House of Dark Shadows
2) The Exorcist
3) Rob Zombie Presents the Words & Music From Frankenstein
4) Interview With A Vampire
Short list because I have't really found any horror movie soundtracks. If you are looking for some really cool horror-based music, give Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, The Ghastly Ones & The Bomboras a try.

I wonder why there was never a soundtrack for the Elvira movie. That would have been a cool one to have.
