Years ago I heard a psychiatrist on the radio talking about "bad seeds" (children born bad). He said the problem with society is they can't understand how children and adults can do such horrendous acts...to actually go through with it.
He stated that we are rational, we have these "stops" built into us that prevent the normal person from doing these things. People who do commit acts such as these are born without these "stops" and without the feelings of guilt associated with such activity.
