One time...in college I had a roomate in a small-ass dorm room (no where to hide), he came back early one weekend as I was spanking it. I heard the key in the door and was like OH SHIT!
Luckily I had a towel nearby so I covered up, put the penthouse under the bed, and managed to stand up, all in about 4 seconds. As he opened the door I walked out to the hall acting like I was going to go take a shower.
I think he could tell something was going on but he never brought it up. I just thank god I wasn't about to finish as he started to unlock the door
