The Imperial Starship would win hands down..
All it would have to do is send one or two attacks of its ti-fighters toweards the enterprise and it would be done..
No way the Enterprise could handle it.. Yes Enterprise is more mobile than a starship, but the starship doesnt fight its battles, the Ti-Fighters do..
