Man, I am so tired of calling technical support for companies whom which my employer spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment and getting some staticy ass, clicky non-english speaking bastard on the other end of the line trying to tell me to reboot a server that has 350 users connected to it because a Tape drive is making a load screeching noise.
I keeeeel companies who outsource.
