You dont need to reboot.. Just CTRL ALT DEL and then put end task on explorer and then put cancel when the system shut down thing pops up then in a couple seconds it will pop up end task... then all the explorer things will close..
Everything though.. not just that smily thing.. Quicker then a reboot though..
