I'm looking for bulk emailing software that does the following:

1) Can rotate subjects and from addresses.
2) Has the ability to merge various features into the message/subject. ie. name, city
3) Has a remove feature where I can include a remove list.
4) Uses multiple threads
5) Has an area to input my SMTP server info.
