i go by, if you have to time to gain it, you should work it off, and not take the stupid diet pills, what good are they? all you will do is continue to eat the way you do and regain the weight versus if you work it out, you will most likely start eating good, and the fact that you had to work out to get rid of it, will make you weary about re gaining it
