I am sending them proof that puts me in a different state during some of the charges. I'm betting they won't care though.

Yea, since most of the charges are Walmart, BP Oil, and Marshalls, they will try there best not to charge them back. I'm betting they can't charge it back like they can to online sites -- and that is why they are going to keep it on me regardless.
