i added a cooperS to my collection earlier this year.I'm 6' tall and there is plenty of room..the rear seats are more than adequate.The accident thing is relative.You can be driving an escalade and if you get smucked by a bus you are going to lose.The real upside of the MiniS is that it handles so well..you are able to avoid that accident easier than you would in most other cars in the price range.
