The fucked up thing about this is, he will more then likely never get what he deserves, we are too soft here. Fuck eye for an eye, it should be eye for a head, he deserves the same and more. Crack habit or no crack habit, more then likely he'll get either looney bin or rehab time, with a reduced sentence on good behavoir and a long parole, BS if you ask me.
