You can get a MazdaSpeed turbo protege for a little under that price range. Has a wing on it, tubo, white faced guages, sparco shifter, cool sony MP3 player and a sub & good speakers. Racing wheels and some factory ground effects, sport seats and those cool drilled aluminum pedals.
I had one till I broke my knee and couldnt drive it anymore. Was a fun car to drive.
