Guys, keep in mind one thing... The reason you go low-carb is because carbs turn to sugar in your system. If you are doing a low-carb diet you are supposed to stay away from sugar. Simply cutting out carbs is not the way the diet goes. So by eating a low carb doughnut, you are not doing yourself any good so you might as well just eat the regular doughnuts, they probably taste better anyway.
Having said that, I really hate Krispy Kreme. Why does anyone like those? They taste like the doughnuts you get at the 7-11 in the little plastic packages, like little debbie or hostess. Ugh! :P
